Hello Friends!!!
A new school year has begun and the Act Like A Lady Think Like A Boss program is back! I feel so honored and blessed to partner with Dr. Kanesha Davis-Waites, the Director of Family Engagement and Behavior Support /Foster Care Liaison at Lancaster Independent School District in Dallas, Texas to bring this program to life for another year. At our first session our attendance more than doubled! Wow!!!!
If you have been following you know that the young ladies we mentor during these programs are groomed to exemplify proper etiquette, poise, leadership and social graces. We tackle and address critical issues facing these young ladies in a safe environment where they are not judged; but taught and enhanced where they are …We set high standards with the knowing that they will exceed them- The Act Like A Lady Think Like A Boss program is also a requirement of the LHS Debutante Program.
In order to be presented to society as a Debutante these college-bound youths must have successfully attended all Act Like A Lady Think Like A Boss workshops and passed all practicums. These young ladies must also demonstrate exemplary moral standards, school involvement and have participated in various community service activities.
It is going to be an Amazing School year. I look forward to sharing this journey and recapping all of the Lessons Learned

The Act Like A Lady Think Like A Boss / Lancaster ISD Senior Debutante program provides excellent opportunities for companies to promote community goodwill. This is also a great opportunity to market to youth, their families as well as some of the most affluent and influential individuals in Dallas/Fort Worth. Between on site special events, print, digital broadcast and social media; by collaborating, the exposure for your business is priceless.
